RETURNS FOR WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
Mixed Emotion Clothing does not offer returns for incorrect sizing or wrong item selection by the customer. Please ensure you review sizing thoroughly before purchasing.
If you need sizing help, feel free to message us on Instagram at @mixedemotion.co.
If you receive an item in the wrong size due to our error, please do not open the package and contact us immediately at info@mixedemotion.net.
ORDER PROTECTION WITH ORDER PROTECTION
We've partnered with ORDER PROTECTION, which offers order insurance at checkout.
You may opt out, but we highly discourage it, as this protects your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for returns for up to 14 days.
Items that are listed in the "SALE" Tab are not eligible for returns as all sales are final on that page.
Returns are accepted only in cases where Mixed Emotion is at fault, such as:

Manufacturing disfiguration

Dye or print issues

Incorrect size sent (with proof)

Other rare quality control faults

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return shipping label

Detailed instructions on how to send the item back
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mixedemotion.net so we can make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & REFUNDS
For non-U.S. orders, please note:
We do not refund shipping charges outside the U.S.
Refunds for international customers will only be considered in cases of product faults or extenuating circumstances.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item:

Submit a return request for the current item.

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the correct item.
This ensures the fastest and most accurate service.
EU CUSTOMERS – 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Items must be:

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
