HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?

For shipping please allow one day for processing.

Once orders are processed and shipped please 3-4 days for arrival.

For any issues and customers have order protection please feel free to go through the order protection email and contact link as well.

Next Day Shipping or Air orders are sent are sent Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 4 PM EST. 

ORDER PROTECTION

At Mixed Emotion Clothing, we have partnered with Order Protection. At checkout Order Protection can be selected. Adding Order Protection to your order is inexpensive and will ensure that you have insurance for your orders. 

ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND MISSING ORDERS FAQ 

1. If an issue occurs with shipping, Mixed Emotion Clothing cannot do much for you unless it is a fault of ours. All NON-Order Protection shipping issues can be discussed by contacting Mixed Emotion Clothing at info@mixedemotion.net or on Instagram @Mixedemotion.co. Mixed Emotion Clothing would like to remind that shipping issues can easily be resolved by using Order Protection. 

2. If an issue occurs with shipping and the order has Order Protection insurance, then it is advised to contact Order Protection. They handle everything from re-ordering the same order and refunds for missing items.
